Introduction

The User/Licensee information collected by my site is not sold, rented, or distributed by me to any third party site, but may be used by my service providers to provide services on my behalf. This includes processing payments and collecting contact information attached to those services. This site uses Square Space, Google Analytics, Stripe, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter and any third-party services they may use. The User/Licensee information collected here is used to provide a service and to manage this site, which includes payment transactions completed by the third-party service Stripe (Stripe Privacy Policy). These parties use cookies for data collection and may at any time change their terms of service, purpose, and use of cookies, etc.

Use of data collected

Analytical data collected: number of page visits, which pages visited,  keyword searches, search engine, direct visits, city, country, type of device used (Mobile, Desktop, Tablet, Unknown), browser, operating system, International Protocol Address (IP), RSS subscribers, new users, returning users, amount of time spent on site, and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc...) data. The analytical data does not identify any specific person. This data is collected by Square Space (Square Space Cookies Policy) and Google Analytics (Safeguarding your data); (Google Terms of Service) and may be also collected by third-party cookies.

Square Space does use cookies for site functionality, to retain user preferences, and to collect analytical data. The cookies collected by Square Space may be used by them for a short period of time. Square Space may at any time change their terms of service, purpose and use of cookies, etc. Square Space retains their own policy regarding cookies and privacy (Square Space Cookies Policy); (Square Space Privacy Policy).

For payment processing this site uses Stripe. The information collected by Stripe is any identifiable information necessary to complete a payment transaction, refund, or inquiry regarding payments or refunds. This includes name, billing address, phone, email, and other information. Stripe encrypts all credit card transactions. Stripe retains their own privacy policy regarding your data (Stripe Privacy Policy). They may at any time change their terms of service, purpose and use of cookies, etc.

The information collected may be used by me to ensure that services requested are rendered and for updates regarding my services. We may disclose your personal data where such disclosure is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.  We may also disclose your personal data where such disclosure is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure.

Data retention

These records will be retained for the life of the copyright holder and all rights of the copyright holder apply to present and future copyright law.

All licensing agreements are  secured and retained using Square Space, Google, and printed format. These formats do not disclose any payment information that is not encrypted by Stripe, a third-party service.

Marketing

There may be times in which you  may receive an update about a policy change, site change, an event, sale, or posting from www.danettedavis.com. 

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop www.danettedavis.com from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other third-party services, not used for processing related to services provided by Square Space and Stripe.

Access

About cookies
